Telephone Support: For those customers that wish to install any devices themselves but require some remote support to answer any questions. Customer should be comfortable with electronics, cabling and electricity, and if desired, should have dial access to the units to be installed.
Rack and Stack: On site physical installation of equipment to be mounted in cabinet, on a shelf, against a wall, etc. This includes physical connection for power, LAN, diagnostic modem, telco lines, device cables specifically for the device, and does not include testing/troubleshooting of any item.
Configuration: Includes the ‘Rack and Stack’ above plus the ability to assess any issues and perform necessary reconfigurations to the equipment as needed to handle some of the issues that may arise during the actual turn up of the network.
Implementation: Includes comprehensive installation of equipment centered around the install day orchestration of multiple vendors, multiple sites, the carriers, and you. We will work with the different vendors and provide information, support, and testing as needed to allow the smooth implementation of your network.
