Mike Harttree is a Unified Communications as a Service Advisor at Zoom. He been both an engineer and architect in Unified Communications for the last thirty years. He supported US Government customers at Cisco for twenty five years and worked for their CTO Office for Collaboration. He holds several patents on Quality of Service for UC, and wrote UC Security guidance through the U.S. Government’s National Telecommunications Security Working Group.
