Daniela brings experience across digital marketing, product marketing, brand strategy, content development, CRM, analytics, and integrated campaign execution. She has led marketing initiatives spanning digital channels, partner campaigns, events, and sales enablement, with a focus on building stronger brand visibility and supporting business growth.

Her experience also includes developing go-to-market strategies, managing marketing technology and CRM platforms, and using performance data to guide campaign decisions and identify new opportunities. Today, Daniela leads EDC’s marketing strategy and initiatives, working closely with sales teams and technology partners to strengthen market presence, support customer engagement, and drive growth across the organization.

Bar brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing physical security, low-voltage, audiovisual, and communications systems. He has served as the lead technical contributor on hundreds of successful solutions involving access control, video surveillance, intercoms, emergency notification, and supporting infrastructure.

His experience also includes early applications of artificial intelligence and computer vision within physical security environments, giving him valuable insight into developing AI-enhanced solutions that deliver meaningful operational results. Today, Bar leads EDC’s product strategy and New Jersey Sales Engineering team, applying his deep technical expertise to create integrated, reliable, and forward-looking solutions for customers.

Vicky Lowe is the Chief Executive Officer of Eastern DataComm, where she leads the company’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, and operational excellence across its network infrastructure, cybersecurity, life safety, and physical security businesses. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, she has built a reputation for transforming organizations, accelerating revenue growth, and developing high-performing teams. 

Since joining Eastern DataComm, Vicky has focused on expanding the company’s commercial business, strengthening operational performance, enhancing the customer experience, and driving greater collaboration across the organization while positioning the company for long-term, scalable growth. 

Prior to Eastern DataComm, Vicky held senior leadership positions with Everon, Convergint Technologies, SimplexGrinnell/Tyco, and Onity. Throughout her career, she has led multimillion-dollar P&L organizations, developed national sales strategies, negotiated complex enterprise agreements, and consistently delivered strong financial and operational results. 

Vicky is also a passionate advocate for professional development and the advancement of women in business. She founded a women’s growth network at Convergint Technologies and has shared her leadership experience as a speaker at the SIA LeadHER Conference and as a presenter at ASIS Europe. 

She is passionate about building strong teams, creating a culture of accountability and collaboration, and helping customers solve complex technology challenges. 

As the Chief Financial Officer of Eastern DataComm, Jeff leads the company’s financial strategy, forecasting and fiscal operations. He has leveraged over 25 years of leadership experience to position the company’s financial operations to support the growth of the business.

Prior to joining Eastern DataComm, Jeff held leadership roles with a variety of project-oriented businesses, including privately held, publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. He successfully developed teams and implemented systems to support significant organic growth and M&A. Throughout his career, he has optimized organizational structures and operating costs to drive financial performance.

Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Michigan, an MBA from Wayne State University and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He enjoys building internal and external partnerships to support the company’s strategic goals and enhance the customer experience.

Paul Jenne is an experienced leader in business operations, technology, and strategic growth. He is known for finding practical solutions, improving processes, and boosting operational efficiency.

Throughout his career, Paul has led teams, managed key initiatives, and built strong relationships through a hands-on, result-driven approach. He combines business insight with technical knowledge, allowing him to adapt to changing priorities while keeping goals on track.

Paul is passionate about helping organizations improve performance, strengthen infrastructure, and prepare for future growth. His collaborative leadership style and focus on accountability make him a trusted industry professional.

Julie Allen serves as Vice President of Network Solutions for Eastern DataComm where she is responsible for leading the Cary, NC office and supporting cross-functional teams by driving strategic initiatives that enable organizational growth. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Julie has built her career by improving business processes and documentation and creating collaborative environments that help teams succeed.

Throughout her career, Julie has held a variety of leadership, administrative, and operational roles, providing her with a broad perspective on how different departments work together to deliver exceptional client experiences. Her proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving enables her to tackle complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement that create value for both customers and internal teams.

At Eastern DataComm, Julie leads initiatives that strengthen sales enablement, streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and support consistent execution across the organization.
